Typical Program Format

4-Week Series 60 minute classes

Each class includes:

  • Simple breathing techniques for relaxation

  • Gently mobility warm-up

  • Yoga-inspired movement for hips, back, neck and shoulders

  • Strength and balance exercises

Participants also receive follow-up resources including instructional videos and practice routines

DeDe Lamont is a fitness expert. She has spent decades as a fitness trainer, yoga instructor and massage therapist helping clients move better and feel better.
