Typical Program Format
4-Week Series 60 minute classes
Each class includes:
Simple breathing techniques for relaxation
Gently mobility warm-up
Yoga-inspired movement for hips, back, neck and shoulders
Strength and balance exercises
Participants also receive follow-up resources including instructional videos and practice routines

DeDe Lamont is a fitness expert. She has spent decades as a fitness trainer, yoga instructor and massage therapist helping clients move better and feel better.
She created Grumpy Old Man Yoga to help men experience the benefits of yoga in a way that feels approachable, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
